SEVERAL garages located near a prison are due to go under the hammer next week.
Four garages in Falfield near HMP Eastwood Park are being sold by current owners the Ministry of Justice.
They have been listed by auctioneers Bond Wolfe with a guide price between £15,000 to £20,000.
The garages form part of a 14 garage block, with three of the garages positioned together and a single garage further along the row.
They are situated on a small residential estate close to the prison along Eastley Close, Eastley Park.
All the garages are empty and require renovation and repair and are offered freehold.

Ron Darlington, consultant director of Bond Wolfe, said: “This is an unusual lot but could provide much needed garaging and storage space for the right local buyer with some DIY skills.”
The Falfield properties are among 170 lots that are appearing in Bond Wolfe’s next auction, which will start at 9am on Thursday, October 26.
