A MAN from Berkeley has been banned from the road after he was caught drug driving.
Lewis Leigh, aged 27, of Cromwell Close, Newtown, Berkeley, was caught over the legal limit for tetrahydrocannabinol - a constituent of cannabis.
According to the court register, Lewis was caught while driving a Ford Fiesta in Old Rectory Road, Kingswood near Wotton on June 3, 2023.
Leigh pleaded guilty to drug driving at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on December 5, 2023.
He was banned from driving for 14 months.
He was also fined £350 and ordered to pay a £140 surcharge plus £85 in costs - a total of £575.
