A MAN from Yate has been jailed after admitting driving dangerously while over the limit.
Anthony Singh, aged 39, of Cranham, Yate, pleaded guilty to six offences at Bristol Crown Court on Tuesday, February 6.
Singh was caught in a Ford in Filton Road, Bristol having consumed 95 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath on November 12 last year - the legal limit is 35.
He was also caught driving while disqualified, without third party insurance and had 1.4g of cannabis in his possession on the same day.
Singh was jailed for ten months.
He was also banned from driving for five years and ordered to pay a £187 surcharge.
