A MAN charged with stealing a Mercedes from a dealership in Gloucestershire is due to enter a plea at a hearing next month.
Matthew Lynas, aged 36, is charged with stealing a white Mercedes of unknown value belonging to the Mercedes Benz of Cheltenham and Gloucester dealership on December 19, 2022.
The case was listed to be heard at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on March 8.
It was adjourned and the case will now be heard on April 16, when Lynas, of Northwick Close, Worcester, is due to enter a plea.
Based at Ashville Business Park in Staverton near Gloucester, the high-end dealership sells a large range of new and used Mercedes.
