A TIME capsule has been buried into a new building at Castle School.
Students and staff put together the capsule which includes a self-portrait of every tutor group, a school tie and a programme from last term's play, Dracula.
The new building contains 11 classrooms and 9 laboratories, and will be the base for the teaching of science and maths for all students.
As well as this building, a brand new post-16 centre is being created for sixth form students, and older maths and science areas are being refurbished.
All work is due to be completed before September 2024, when sixth form students will join the rest of the school on the one site.
