A MAN who threatened another man and smashed a glass panel in his front door in Wotton has been conditionally discharged.
Daniel Kwiatowski, aged 43, pleaded guilty at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Tuesday, May 21 to using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour during the incident in Wotton on Saturday, May 4.
Kwiatowski, of Boundary Close, Kingswood, Glos, also admitted criminally damaging the victim's front door glass panel, letter box, plants and bushes on the same date.
The court imposed an 18 month conditional discharge and ordered Kwiatowski to pay £50 compensation plus a £26 victim services surcharge.
