A HOUSEBUILDER has launched its latest development near Old Sodbury.
Redcliffe Homes’ Dyrham View development offers a range of two, three and four-bedroom homes and bungalows with green features like air source heat pumps.
The doors were opened to the three-bedroom Dyrham show home at the beginning of June.
Mandy Parker, sales and marketing manager at Redcliffe Homes, said that a need for newbuild homes in Old Sodbury “definitely” exists.
“In response to demand, we have included a pair of two-bedroom bungalows on the site, and they are attracting a lot of interest,” she said.
“In total, there will be 35 homes at Dyrham View, 23 of which will be available on the open market, and 12 are affordable homes.
“We believe it’s really important to offer something to suit everyone, and we’re pleased to be able to do that without compromising our design principles.”
The sales and marketing manager added that within the housebuilding sector, Redcliffe Homes is recognised for its creation of developments which “are sympathetic to” requirements of the local community and the areas it builds in.
“We’re also firmly committed to incorporating new and sustainable design features that make our homes both more comfortable to live in and more environmentally sustainable,” she said.
Homes at Dyrham View are available now to buy off-plan.
