A TEENAGER who damaged SIX cars on the same day has been ordered to pay more than £2,000 in fines, compensation and costs.
Shay Checksfield, aged 18, of Woodfield Road, Cam West, Dursley appeared at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on June 12.
Checksfield pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to a Mercedes E350, a Skoda Superb, a Peugeot 107, a Renault Clio, an Audi A4 and an Alfa Romeo.
They were all parked in Stroud when Checksfield targeted them on November 24 last year.
For the attack on the Mercedes he was fined £200 and ordered to pay £200 compensation to the woman owner.
On each of the other five charges the magistrates ordered him to pay compensation of £519 for the damage to the Skoda, £200 for the Peugeot, £50 for the Renault, £48 for the Audi and £650 for the Alfa Romeo.
In addition the court ordered Checksfield to pay £85 costs and a surcharge of £92.
