NEW food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of South Gloucestershire’s establishments.
The Swan Inn, Duck Street, Tytherington, South Gloucestershire was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on May 21.
And Wild Yeast Bakery, at 79a High Street, Staple Hill, South Gloucestershire was also given a score of four on May 21.
Hygiene ratings are scored from 0-5, with five being the highest.
Food hygiene ratings reflect the hygiene standards which are found on the day of inspection by the local authority - they are not a guide to food quality.
