A WOMAN from Yate has been fined and banned from the roads after she was caught drink driving.
Jasmine Wakeman, aged 18, was caught over the limit while driving a Fiat in Scott Way, Yate on April 6.
She had consumed 112 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath - the limit is 35.
Wakeman, of Chatcombe, Yate, pleaded guilty at Bristol Magistrates' Court on May 30 where she was fined £300 and ordered to pay £85 in costs plus a £114 surcharge - a total of £499
She was banned from driving for 24 months.
