A MAN from Yate faces a hefty court bill after driving without due care and attention.
Michael Tucker, aged 35, of Buckthorn Court, Yate, admitted driving a Vauxhall in Fouracre Crescent, Downend without due care and attention on November 12, 2023.
Tucker pleaded guilty to the offence at Bristol Magistrates' Court on May 30.
He was fined £433 and ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £173 surcharge - a total of £691.
Five points were also added to his driving licence.
