THE final Nibley Festival was a huge success with thousands of people enjoying the event.
Neil Hasson, one of the festival organisers said: "We had around 4000 people.
"It was a success despite the horrid weather at times.
"It's our last one after 16 years as the finances of putting on the event don't work any more.
"Highlights were the epic sets on all four stages from all our bands and artists.
"A rammed tent with over 1000 people watching England including our headline bands.
"Seeing loads of people having a great time despite the rain and mud.
"Our headline bands were The Hoosiers, EMF, Dodgy, Dutty Moonshine Big Band and General Levy. A real mix. But we had over 50 super bands and DJs on our 2 stages.
"We have raised over £400,000 in our time and thank all our amazing volunteers who make it possible."
