A MAN from the Yate area has been sentenced after causing serious injury by dangerous driving following an incident last year.
Ollie Reader, aged 19, of Wylington Road, Frampton Cotterell, has been sentenced after he seriously injured two women in Bradley Stoke Way on January 11, 2023.
Reader pleaded guilty to two separate charges of causing serious injury by dangerous driving at Bristol Crown Court on May 21.
He was given an 18-month jail term suspended for two years with 200 hours of unpaid work.
Reader was also banned from driving for two years.
