GLOUCESTERSHIRE Constabulary is appealing for information after unknown offenders broke into a home in Cam overnight while the residents were asleep inside.
The break-in happened at an address between Draycott and Lower Cam at some time between 11pm yesterday, Wednesday, August 21, and 6.30am today, Thursday, August 22.
Offenders forced entry to the rear door of the home and then searched the downstairs part of the property by going through cupboards and drawers.
The occupants realised what had happened when they woke up this morning, and at this time, nothing is believed to have been stolen.
Gloucestershire Constabulary is keen to hear from anyone who lives in the area who may have seen something or who has CCTV which could assist the force.
In particular, those who live in Manor Avenue, Jubilee Close, Draycott Crescent and Woodend Lane are asked if they could review their footage in case they have anything of note which could help.
