A CALL has been issued for people to take part in a wacky racing challenge near Berkeley.
Organisers are looking for more teams to take part in the 500 metre downhill Berkeley Soapbox race on Sunday, September 15.
Dozens of people attended last year with more than 20 teams racing with handmade carts.
The event saw creative carts negotiate a challenging course including jumps, chicanes and a water splash.
It is due to start at 12pm at Woodend Lane, Lower Stone, Berkeley, GL13 9DP.
