A POPULAR community gym is showing off a £2 million new look.

After being based at Ebley Wharf for more than 20 years, Fifth Dimension has been rebranded as Fifth Gym and moved to a £2 million facility at Stonehouse Business Park.

The project was a significant undertaking, with the aim of creating a bespoke, state-of-the-art fitness and well-being centre.

Members can not only enjoy modern facilities but also take advantage of a range of social events, coffee mornings and pop-up markets all designed to foster connections, elevate wellness and bring people together.

Gym manager Jill Appleton, who oversaw the move, said: “It has been a long journey but seeing the new gym come to life has been incredibly rewarding.

“We wanted to create a space that provides top-notch fitness facilities and also fosters a sense of belonging among our members.

“What we love most is seeing friendships blossom and being a sanctuary for those looking to escape the stresses of everyday life.

“Conveniently located near the M5, we offer top-tier fitness equipment, a wide variety of classes for all ages and abilities and relaxation and wellness facilities such as a spa facilities and massage beds.

“But we are more than just a fitness centre, we are a true community space.

“We have already made a positive impact on the local community, not only through fitness but also by supporting neighbouring businesses.

“Members benefit from referral discounts at nearby restaurants, hotels, clinics, and other services, further embedding the gym into the local economy.

“Residents have praised the gym for its modern design, welcoming staff, and its ability to bring people together.

“Whether you’re a seasoned fitness enthusiast or a complete beginner, we offer something for everyone.”

Fifth Gym is open 24 hours a day seven days a week with members of the public welcome to pop in from 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday for a chat and to look around.
