POLICE have issued an alert after two recent burglaries in the Wotton area.
Burglars smashed the rear French doors of an address in Bowcott and ransacked the property on Friday, September 20.
Officers say the incident happened between 2pm to 3pm and a bank card was stolen.
Anyone with information should contact police quoting 289 of September 20.
Meanwhile, burglars smashed the rear door of an address in Parklands and also ransacked the property.
Thieves stole a black leather handbag, a 9ct gold ring with a ruby and two small diamonds.
It is believed the second incident happened between Thursday, September 19 and Saturday, September 21.
