A NEW Halloween light trail is taking place at WWT Slimbridge Wetland Centre.
Visitors will embark on a twilight journey through the nature reserve featuring pumpkins, shipwrecks, and scarecrows.
There will also be actors playing the marsh witch and bog wizard.
Also on offer will be street food including pulled pork, BBQ jackfruit and Aberdeen Angus burgers, along with dirty fries and giant onion rings.
The event will run on selected dates from Friday, October 11 to Sunday, November 3.
An organiser said: “When the sun sets at WWT Slimbridge, a magical world comes alive!
“Visitors can experience the wonder of nature in a whole new light with the centre’s spooktacular Halloween light trail.
“Attendees can make a wish with the witch in the magical pond zone, get creative in the arts and crafts area, or warm up with a sweet treat by toasting marshmallows over the firepit.”
There will also be SENS sessions on October 11, 12, 18, 19 and 25 - which will provide a more accessible and relaxed environment.
Prices are £14.50 for adults, £12.50 for children and free for under fours.
