A MAN charged with stealing a Mercedes from a dealership in Gloucestershire has been found not guilty.
Matthew Lynas, aged 36, was charged with stealing a Mercedes from the Mercedes Benz of Cheltenham and Gloucester dealership at Staverton on December 19, 2022.
The case was heard at Cheltenham Magistrates Court.
The court service has now confirmed that Mr Lynas, of Northwick Close, Worcester, was found not guilty of the offence.
