AN ENGLAND football legend is set to appear in Dursley next month.
Peter Beardsley - who was capped 59 times by England - will be at the Chantry Centre for an evening on Friday, November 22.
The forward - who made hundreds of appearances his native Newcastle United - twice won the old First Division with Liverpool in the late 1980s.
He's also had lengthy spells as Newcastle United reserve coach as well as a stint as the assistant manager of England.
