CR Windows was founded in 1978 by two local brothers – Cyril and Robert Wadham. With experience in carpentry and plastering, they started the company in a prefabricated hut, near Charlton Road in Kingswood – building wooden frames, which they designed and installed themselves. As the company grew, Cyril and Robert employed people from their local community. 

Today, CR Windows is one of the region’s largest manufacturers of windows, doors and conservatories. Staying true to their roots, they are still based in Kingswood, now located on the Bridge Road Industrial Estate. They employ over 60 local people, made up of 32 staff and 13 teams of installers. Their current premises comprises of our showroom, offices and our factory, where all of their products are manufactured.
