THREE robbers threatened a man who was cycling at a popular beauty spot last night.
The incident happened at around 8pm last night, Thursday, when the victim was riding an electric mountain bike on Leckhampton Hill.
He was approached by a group of three men riding two Sur-Ron style electric off-road bikes.
One of the men was riding on the back behind another male.
One of the men pushed the victim off his mountain bike and threatened him with an unknown object before stealing the bike and riding off with the other two.
He was described as being in his 20s, white, 6ft in height and of a stocky build. He was wearing a hooded black top with a dollar sign on the chest, dark trousers and had a scarf pulled over his lower face.
The other two suspects were described as being smaller in build and were also wearing dark clothing.
They headed towards the Cotswold Way path at the top of the hill following the robbery.
The victim suffered minor injuries to his wrist during the incident.
Police are now appealing for anyone with information about the incident, or who saw the group of men either before or after they took the bike, to come forward.
Anybody with information is asked to contact Gloucestershire Constabulary via the website quoting incident 452 of 7 November.
