AN apology has been issued to householders in a village near Thornbury due to a burst water mains pipe.
Water utility company Bristol Water says customers in the Oldbury-on-Severn area are currently experiencing low pressure or no water.
A spokesperson for Bristol Water said its crews are on their way to investigate and start repairs.
According to its website, the incident was reported at around 4.45pm this afternoon, Monday, November 18.
“We have been made aware of a burst main in the Oldbury-on-Severn area,” a statement reads.
“This may cause some customers in the area to experience low pressure or no water.
“We have crews on route to the site to investigate and start repairs.
“Sorry for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience while we work on this.”
