GREEN-fingered residents of Thornbury will be able to check out the town’s artistic talent with a visit to their local garden centre.
From Friday, May 8 to Wednesday, May 13, Thornbury Art Club will be holding its Spring Exhibition at the Wyevale Garden Centre.
Linked to the Thornbury Arts festival the exhibition will include work from more than 60 artists.
The 160 pieces of artwork are in a variety of media including, water colour, oil, pastel, acrylic and mixed media.
During the exhibition visitors will be able to vote for their favourite piece of work and the artists who receives the most votes will be presented with the Society for All Artists Goblet.
There will also be a collection during the exhibition with all money raised going to the Royal National Institute of Blind People.
