FIFTEEN students have been taken to hospital after two school coaches crashed while on a day trip to a safari park.
The students, from Rednock School in Dursley, are not thought to be seriously injured but were taken to Worcestershire Royal Infirmary following the accident earlier this morning.
The incident happened just after 10am on the A449, near Claines, when two Mercades coaches travelling northbound towards Kidderminster were both in collision with a Vauxhall Zafira.
The coaches were on their way to the West Midlands Safari Park for a school day trip.
The emergency services arrived quickly to the scene and took 15 children to hospital for assessment of possible whiplash injuries.
