THE headteacher of a school for boys with behavioural problems has been dismissed.
Ian Johnstone, who has been suspended from Cam House School since November last year, has now been dismissed.
The executive head teacher of the school, in Drake Lane, David Gaston remains in control.
The school provides education for around 50 boys between the ages of ten and 16 with emotional or behavioural difficulties.
A spokeswoman for Gloucestershire County Council's Human Resources department, said: "It would be highly unusual for anybody to make any public statement in a situation like this because of the member of staff's right to appeal."
