VISITORS to Yate Leisure Centre are in for a blissful time with the launch of a new health and beauty salon.
Bliss Nails and Beauty was officially opened on Saturday by Heart FM breakfast presenters Paulina and Troy.
The new salon is the second to be located within a South Gloucestershire leisure centre as Bliss already runs a salon at Bradley Stoke Leisure Centre.
Owner Lynette Dayment said she was proud of her beauty treatment rooms and what they provide to customers.
She added: "We have been working in the Bradley Stoke Leisure Centre for nearly four years offering a wide range of beauty treatments, so when I was invited to be a part of the newly refurbished Yate Leisure Centre I was delighted to bring the Bliss brand to another part of Bristol.
"We have created an oasis of tranquillity within the busy surroundings of the leisure centre and everyone’s reaction so far has been really positive."
Leisure centre manager Roland Sims said: "It’s great that the leisure centre can offer this additional facility, which fits well into our ethos of health and well-being. We strive to offer a well rounded service.
"I am sure our customers will be excited by the new facility and in turn, the Bliss clientele will use the leisure centre facilities when they visit the new salon."
