A BUSINESSWOMAN from Dursley is urging Bymacks site developers Crest Nicholson to get on with scaffolding the remains of the Victoria Works.
Amanda Cale, of Classy Glass and Awards, based at The Priory in Long Street, has suffered a slump in business since the fire caused the road to be shut.
She said: "The road block means that people are coming half way down the road and just turning around.
"I am still open as usual but Crest Nicholson have got to put their scaffolding up because a lot of people, especially those who aren't local, don't know the diversion."
The road can not be re-opened until safety inspectors are satisfied that the building will not collapse and, as it has not yet been scaffolded, the road looks set to remain closed for some time.
