CAM Family Butchers, the Woodfield-based business, has added another award to its collection.
Its pork and spring onion sausage has been crowned Supreme Champion for the South-West, which means that it progresses to the national finals.
Owner Mark Carr said: "It's absolutely brilliant. This puts us into the champion of champions competition for next year - so we're one of the top 18 in the country.
"We beat off competition from as far afield as Oxford, Southampton and Penzance to take the South-West award and we're looking forward to the national finals in January."
Mr Carr has also made a donation to the children's cancer charity CLIC to celebrate National Sausage Week.
Earlier this year Cam Family Butchers won both the National Champion Pork Sausage and the Four Counties Speciality Sausage. It also has awards for its home cured bacon and national champion pies in a period that has seen the business go from strength to strength.
