WOTTON'S Ram Inn will feature in a new series, Magick Eve, scheduled to be shown on ITV1 West of England next year.
The historic pub's owner, John Humphries, also features in the programme.
Prepare yourself for the strange and unexplained as this new series examines aspects of the paranormal featuring places and incidents in the region.
Presented by Adam Lea and Emma Jane Portch, each show begins with the pair driving their VW Beetle in the countryside when something peculiar happens and they are mysteriously taken on a journey of discovery to an event that is both mysterious and unusual.
Throughout each programme they find out about the preconceptions behind the myth.
Looking down on the couple's adventures is a wise Sage, who explains the history and tradition of the locations or characters.
Among the subjects to be covered are ghosts, dragons (did they really exists or just part of folklore?), witches, UFOs, guardian angels, goths plus questioning why some houses appear to be haunted .
Transmission is scheduled for Thursdays from March 4.
