A MAN was rescued from a fire in his home in Dursley last night.
Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service called at 2.46am last night (Thursday, June 2) to St George’s Road in Dursley.
Two crews from Dursley and one from Wotton-under-Edge attended.
It was a small fire in a flat and the man was rescued uninjured.
One hose reel, a thermal imaging camera and a positive pressure ventilation (PPV) fan were used.
The fire service said the fire was no suspicious, but that the cause had not yet been established. The fire was fully extinguished by 3.14am.
