THE chief executive of Cotswold Care Hospice, Marcus Green, is stepping down after five years.
Mr Green has seen the organisation through major changes including the building of the new hospice and an increase in services which has trebled the number of people who are now helped by the hospice.
John Pugh, chairman of the board of trustees for the charity, said the process to recruit a new CEO had started.
"We have in place robust strategic plans across all departments and I have every confidence that the senior management team will continue to take them forward," he said.
"We would like to thank Marcus for his five years' service and wish him all the best.
"Cotswold Care Hospice has grown dramatically. We now care for more people than ever before. We are committed to continuing this vital service."
