THE Severnside Military Vehicle Trust (MVT) will be returning to Cambridge this summer.
The Severnside MVT Military Show will be taking place at the Severnside showground in Cambridge on Saturday, June 9 and Sunday, June 10 (9.30am-6pm).
For another year the show will be displaying a variety of military vehicles, such as armoured Jeeps, trucks, cars and motorcycles.
Confirmed exhibitions include a 1979 UAZ Trackmaster all-terrain Ambulance, a 1942 Volkswagen Kubelwagon "bucket seat military car" which was designed by Ferdinand Porsche and built by Volkswagen and used during World War II.
As well as the military vehicle display, there will also be a host of activities including trade stands, live demonstrations, marching bands, 1940s traditional lindy dancing and professional battle re-enactments.
John Keedwell, director of the show, said: "Each year, we attract a diverse variety of military vehicles, including some of the rarest in the world.
"The show boasts many other attractions for the whole family to enjoy; we aim to be the best military show in the South West.
"The event is run solely by volunteers and monies raised are donated to both national and military charities including Royal British Legion, Horses for Heroes, and The Military Vehicle Trust."
