A CODRINGTON brewery has scooped four awards at a prestigious beer competition.
Cotwsold Spring Brewery Company picked up the trophies at the Society of Independent Brewers (SIBA) Wales and West Beer Competition.
The independent firm won gold medals for its Stunner and Old Sodbury Mild beers, and silver medals for its Trooper and Keeper varieties.
Managing director Mark Frankcom said: "Winning four awards from SIBA is a real testament to the skills of our master brewer, Nik Milo.
"We know our customers love the beers we brew, but it’s great to get this kind of recognition from our peers in the brewing business.
"We’ve been brewing beer here since 2005 and we’re earning a reputation as one of the region’s best craft brewers. We’ve developed a few new beers recently and it’s great to build on our reputation and win prizes for new and old beers alike."
Having won golds in their respective classes, Stunner and OSM will now go on to compete in the national competition in March.
