On behalf of the Student Union, and all the students at the Royal Agricultural University (RAU), I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the Cirencester residents and visitors who supported our RAG Week activities last month, and to apologise for any disruption caused by our Tractor Pull or the departure of our RAG Rally.
All of us at the RAU were really happy to have been able to hold our fundraising RAG Week this year, as last year’s events were cancelled due to COVID-19, and we really appreciated the support of the town.
We are still counting the last few pennies but already we know we have raised more than £15,000 for the three charities we were supporting this year - the RNLI, The Addington Fund, and the National Federation for Retired Service Animals.
Thank you again for your continued support.
