Thornbury Town 1 Hanham Athletic 0
THORNBURY Town’s home game with Hanham Athletic produced very few goal scoring opportunities and the visitor’s tactics stifled the home side free flowing passing game.
Luke Franklin wriggled his way through on goal on 20 minutes but then saw his shot saved by the visitor’s keeper.
Hanham were disappointed when they had what they thought was a clear cut penalty turned down just before half time.
With nothing much really happening the game change on 85 minutes when Hanham had Connor Britton sent off for a bad tackle.
Town won this game in time added after 90 minute from a low cross from Marcus Wormwell to the far post where Nathan Irwin turned the ball home.
