NEAR neighbours Cam Bulldogs and Dursley Town will meet for a derby clash at Everlands in the Stroud Charity Cup on Sunday (2pm).
The rivals have already met once this season when they Bulldogs came out on top in a penalty shootout after a 2-2 draw in the Northern Senior League's Reg Davis Cup.
Cam also came out on top when the two sides last met in the Charity Cup - again winning on penalties after a goalless draw in October 2005.
However, Town were back less than a month later to triumph 4-3 after extra-time in a County Cup tie and they went on to win the trophy.
Bulldogs chairman Steve Hall told the Gazette: "I am hoping that a big crowd will come down to watch the game.
"We will be collecting for the charities of the Stroud Cup, so a good turnout will help a lot."
Before then, both sides face matches in the league. Town go to Chalford in Northern Senior Two, while the Bulldogs welcome Shortwood United Reserves in Northern Senior One.
Elsewhere in Northern Senior One, Slimbridge are at home to Cheltenham Civil Service - a side they beat 12-1 in the Reg Davis Cup in August - and Kingswood entertain Bourton Rovers.
In Division Two, basement side Charfield welcome Tidenham.
All Northern Senior League matches kick-off at 2pm.
Meanwhile, having had their original tie called off because of a waterlogged pitch at Vale of Berkeley College, Sharpness will have a second crack at playing Longlevens for a place in the quarter-finals of the GFA North Senior Amateur Cup.
In the County League, having missed out on their derby with each other last week, both Berkeley Town and Wotton Rovers have games against nearby opposition this week.
Berkeley welcome Thornbury Town to Station Road, while Rovers make the trip to Yate Town Reserves (both 2pm).
On Sunday, winless Dursley Town Ladies entertain equally winless Bristol and West Ladies (2pm).
Cam Bulldogs Ladies have a weekend off.
