ANDY MANGAN put the allegations of the betting scandal behind him to score what looked to be a winner for Forest Green before Stefan Moore struck late for nine-man Kidderminster.
The point made it five games unbeaten for Jim Harvey’s men and just one defeat from their last 15 league games, but they were left to rue a great opportunity to all but guarantee their Blue Square Premier status for another season.
Martin Brittain headed home Matthew Barnes-Homer’s cross to give promotion-chasing the Harriers the lead on the half hour at the New Lawn.
Conal Platt equalised for Rovers ten minutes later and the visitors were reduced to ten men when striker Justin Richards got in an altercation with defender Lee Ayres.
Mangan headed Forest Green in front for the first time with just 13 minutes remaining and five minutes later Harriers had Martin Riley sent off for a second booking.
With 88 minutes on the clock former Aston Villas striker Moore equalised with a strike from 25 yards.
