BERKELEY TOWN came from behind to earn a point in a typical end of season game against ten-man Highridge United.
The visitors took the lead in the 42nd minute when Mitchell Kavanagh rose unchallenged to score with a looping header from a free kick.
Highridge were reduced to ten men, somewhat harshly, when Ben Gillison was brought down and the referee deemed the foul to have prevented a clear goalscoring opportunity.
Berkeley pushed forward and equalised with 15 minutes to go when Tim Beames headed a cross into the top corner.
They continued to press for the winner but almost conceded late on when Terry Stevenson made a good one-on-one save.
