CAM started the season with a defeat away at Westbury.
The day started positively for Cam as Eddie Rendall claimed the wicket of Dunn after a catch at slip from Gareth Udal in the first over. Westbury then maintained a steady run rate with Edgington (59) striking the ball to the boundary at every opportunity.
Udal claimed his first wicket of the season after a catch behind from Pitt.
Pete Hall and Steve Ballard entered the attack with Hall claiming two wickets, with two catches from his own bowling.
With Ballard and Hall bowling as a pair, runs were hard to come by. Rendall and Udal were then brought back into the attack.
Udal claimed two wickets in two balls and Rendall added another wicket to his name.
Ballard was able to claim two wickets after good catches from Kalus and Holloway.
The Cam innings started shakily as Holloway (4) and Williams (4) were both given out inside the first five overs. Hall and Kalus started to build a steady partnership before Hall dragged onto his own stumps for 12.
Batting with his usual power and control, Kalus regularly found the boundaries on his return from injury.
Udal was run out for 13 when looking set. Deakin (14) and Kalus (85) built a steady partnership but both fell within three balls of each other Graeme Brown and Ady Wood scored on 17 and 19 respectively before Wood was bowled and quickly followed by Pitt. Any chance of victory disappeared when Brown was bowled.
With Cam needing 20 runs for an extra batting point Rendall (8*) and Ballard (11*) batted sensibly.
With three needed for a point from the last ball a mis-field allowed Rendall to help Cam reach 200.
