Yate Town Reserves had to settle for a fourth place finish after drawing their final game at bottom club Hanham.
The visitors started well when Justin Cattle charged the ball down from Hanham keeper Dan Fletcher’s attempted clearance and then picked it up to drive a low shot into the far corner.
Cameron Brown drove the ball home from the edge of the box to equalise in the 57th minute.
Both sides were guilty of missing some good chances to win the game in the later stages.
Att: 73 * Yate skipper Edd Vahid won both the Bill Weekes Shield as the Supporters Player of the Season and Players’ Player of the Season for the third time in four years.
Scott Thomas was second in the supporters’ vote with Josh Dempsey as runner-up in the players’ award.
Lubos Ancin was selected as Players’ Player by the Reserve Team, with Dan Clement winning the Youth Team’s Players’ Player award.
