FROMESIDE'S Amy Palmer flew into top spot at the South West Springboard 4 piece competition.
The 12-year-old was first on beam, third on bars, and fourth on floor to take gold overall for the 13-14 year-old categorry against other gymnasts from the South West.
Antonia Joy, 12, was second on beam, third on floor to join Palmer on the podium with bronze overall. Jessica Summerell, 13, finished third on beam and 11th overall.
Holly Curthoys, 12, achieved fourth place on floor, sixth on beam and 12th overall, and Sarah Godden, 12, finished 13th overall in the same age group.
In the age 9-10 year competition, ten-yea- old Megan Matthews finished sixth on beam, sixth on floor and 11th overall.
Gabby Ainger, 9, Leah Garland, 10, Ruby Curthoys, 7, and Ella Waring, 10, finished 11th, 15th, 20th, and 28th respectively with Garland competing well on beam for second place on that apparatus. Twenty-five Fromeside gymnasts competed in the Novice 3 piece competition held at their club in Winterbourne.
The competition saw 98 gymnasts from four clubs across the South West competing over three levels in many different age groups.
In the level A 2005/2004 born group, Isabelle Stockwell finished in top spot to be awarded the gold overall, achieving first on floor, third on vault and fourth on beam. Emily Edge was first floor and first on vault for the bronze overall, while training buddies Holly Evans, Mia Cipolla, Alyssa Grimshaw, Ella Bradley and Daisy Brown finished fifth, seventh, eighth, 12th and 16th respectively.
In the 2003 born group, Emma Dogramadi finished second on beam and fifth overall, with Katie Alford first on floor and sixth overall and Esther Freeman second on floor for seventh overall, while Hannah Lewis finished eighth.
In the 2002 born group, Eleanor Stevens was first on floor, second on vault, second on beam and took gold overall.
Megan Walsh was first on floor, first on vault and third on beam for silver overall, while Isabel Cannings was third on vault and fourth overall, and Jasmine Hall was third on floor and fifth overall.
In the level B 2003/2002 born group, Josie Barrington gained third place on floor and fifth overall.
The 2001 born group saw Lucy Durham achieve first on beam, second on floor, second on vault and gold overall.
Training buddy Ailie Gamlin was first on floor, second on beam and won silver overall.
Katie Robbins finished second on floor, third on vault, third on beam and took silver overall in the 2000 born group, .
In 1999/1998 born group, Josie Wheeler achieved first on floor, second on beam, and third on vault to take silver overall, while Kiaysha Bird was first on vault, third on floor and fourth overall.
In the level C 2002/2001/2000 born group Alisha Walters finished first on floor and beam and second on vault to take gold overall. Susie Fairburn was second on beam, third on floor and vault for silver overall.
Shania Nolan was second on beam, third on floor and won silver overall in the 1999 born group.
The 2000/1999/1998 born group saw Molly Jones achieve second place on floor, third on beam and gold overall.
